Description: This is a medium size three-bedroom double storey house in a Contemporary style. Most living areas and bedrooms have been designed to face north and capture maximum light in colder seasons. On street level is a carport for two cars with a staff toilet and laundry room adjacent. - Main bedroom with built in cupboards and an en suite bathroom. The bedroom has access to a huge balcony above the patio.
- The bathroom has a bath, basin and a WC.
- A study with built in wall units also has access to the balcony.
Please note: The new SANS 10400 Building Regulations that came in force in 2011 have a number of restrictions, amongst others, with regard to window openings. South Africa has also been divided into different climate zones and the building restrictions vary from zone to zone. It may therefore happen that for some zones, the window openings may have to be reduced in order to comply, otherwise it would not be possible to approve building plans at the local authority in that specific zone. Therefore: Elements on the building plans that you receive such as the windows, may differ, from the sketch plan that is displayed on the website. In most cases the variances should be a minimum. We apologize for any inconvenience in this regard, but it is beyond our control. At least it should ensure approval of your building plans at the local authority.
