Description: This three bedroom Modern style house is ideally designed for an outdoor lifestyle. All living spaces, including bedrooms faces north. The living room areas are designed around a covered patio entertainment area which forms part of the heart of the house. Direct access from the garage into the entrance hall is situated next to the guest toilet. The kitchen has a separate laundry area. The main bedroom, on the first floor has a comfortable bathroom and dressing area and is separated from the other bedrooms for more privacy. The balcony is directly above the patio. The main bedroom with its en suite forms part of the eastern wing. The study and other bedrooms are situated on the eastern side of the house. The access from the street is from the eastern side.
Please note: The new SANS 10400 Building Regulations that came in force in 2011 have a number of restrictions, amongst others, with regard to window openings. South Africa has also been divided into different climate zones and the building restrictions vary from zone to zone. It may therefore happen that for some zones, the window openings may have to be reduced in order to comply, otherwise it would not be possible to approve building plans at the local authority in that specific zone. Therefore: Elements on the building plans that you receive such as the windows, may differ, from the sketch plan that is displayed on the website. In most cases the variances should be a minimum. We apologize for any inconvenience in this regard, but it is beyond our control. At least it should ensure approval of your building plans at the local authority.
