Description: This is an economical designed two-bedroom house in a Traditional style. All living areas and main bedroom have been designed to face north and capture maximum light and sun in colder seasons. The carport, with space provide for future carport extension, leads to the kitchen yard. The entrance leads into the open plan dining room, living room and kitchen. The kitchen has a breakfast nook, stove, washbasin, fridge and leads to the kitchen yard. The main bedroom has a walk through dressing room and an en suite bathroom. The bathroom has a shower, WC and a vanity top with a basin. Bedrooms two and three both have built in cupboards. The second bathroom has a bath and hand washbasin and a separate WC.
Please note: The new SANS 10400 Building Regulations that came in force in 2011 have a number of restrictions, amongst others, with regard to window openings. South Africa has also been divided into different climate zones and the building restrictions vary from zone to zone.
It may therefore happen that for some zones, the window openings may have to be reduced in order to comply, otherwise it would not be possible to approve building plans at the local authority in that specific zone.
Therefore: Elements on the building plans that you receive such as the windows, may differ, from the sketch plan that is displayed on the website. In most cases the variances should be a minimum.
