This is a single storey, three bedroom family house. It is ideal for a site with a view and magnificent natural setting. The design is highly contemporary. This house has been designed for a sloping site and a narrow stand with a long north/south axis. The façade has been stepped back so that all the rooms face north and lead out on patios or balconies. The entrance from the south along the walkway to the living areas at the opposite end of the house, which cuts through the structure at an angle, breaking the formality of the three interlinking concrete shells. The open carport consists of one concrete side wall and a roof which seems to float lightly on three short steel columns resting on the walkway screen wall on one side. A main bedroom with an open plan dressing room and bathroom is provided on one side of the main entrance and the two other bedrooms sharing a bathroom on the other side. Both bathrooms have a bath, shower, wc and a vanity top, with two basins in the main bathroom and one in the second bathroom.
