  • This is a spacious three to four bedroom double storey house in a Bali style. All living areas and bedrooms have been designed to face north and capture maximum light and sun in colder seasons. An impressive double volume entrance lobby has a view onto the covered patio and double sandblasted glass doors leading to the lounge. A sweeping staircase leads to the first floor. Lounge and dining room live onto a covered patio with built in braai. A fireplace is provided in the lounge. A guest toilet is provided next to the entrance lobby. The spacious kitchen makes provision for a stove, prep bowl, fridge, freezer and a grocery cupboard. There is a separate laundry with space for a dish washer, washing machine and broom cupboard. The double garage links into the house through the laundry. The first floor comprises of the following:
    - Main bedroom with an en suite bathroom and walk through dressing room. The bathroom houses a corner bath, shower, WC and a vanity top with two basins.
    - Bedrooms two and three share a north facing balcony.
    - The second bathroom has a bath and a vanity top with two basins.
    - A separate WC with a small hand washbasin in a curved vanity top.
    - The family room with a fireplace can be utilized as a fourth bedroom or study.
    - A curved staircase from the double volume completes the picture. The house can be placed on either a south or east entry stand. On a south entry stand the garage doors need to be switched to the south and the kitchen yard will be positioned next to the kitchen/laundry.
