Description: This is a compact four-bedroom double storey house in a cute thatch roof cottage style ideal for game lodges and holiday houses. All living areas and most of the bedrooms have been designed to face north and capture maximum light and sun in colder seasons. The house is entered, on the southern, at the open plan kitchen, dining room, and lounge. The lounge lives onto a covered patio and the staircase the first floor starts in the lounge. The kitchen has a stove, fridge and a sink and a built in dining counter. A passage leads from the dining room to the bathroom with a bath, shower, vanity top with basin, and a WC. Three bedrooms with built in cupboards are situated on the ground floor. The first floor comprises of the following:
- A loft area used for the main bedroom and has built in cupboards and lives onto a deck.
- The second bathroom has a bath, shower, vanity top with a basin and a WC.
Please note: The new SANS 10400 Building Regulations that came in force in 2011 have a number of restrictions, amongst others, with regard to window openings. South Africa has also been divided into different climate zones and the building restrictions vary from zone to zone. It may therefore happen that for some zones, the window openings may have to be reduced in order to comply, otherwise it would not be possible to approve building plans at the local authority in that specific zone. Therefore: Elements on the building plans that you receive such as the windows, may differ, from the sketch plan that is displayed on the website. In most cases the variances should be a minimum. We apologize for any inconvenience in this regard, but it is beyond our control. At least it should ensure approval of your building plans at the local authority.
